What's the high density rush!!!

As a Costa Mesa resident you might have noticed the major increase in High Density developments rising up throughout many areas across the City. What is the increase about, and why is it happening now?

Campaign donations provided by the developers to 3 City Council members including the mayor are funding this overdevelpment.

Ironically, many of them share the same address! Follow the link to find developer corporations listed with address.

From Milan Capital’s website, we can see that

Mr. Dieckell is actively involved in the acquisition, repositioning and management of the company’s portfolio. He has overseen the acquisition of more than 1,200 apartment units, more than 2 million square feet of commercial space, and nearly 200 acres of land for development. With a critical eye for spotting undervalued assets and underlying market trends, Mr. Dieckell has vast experience in a wide range of project types from entitlement and rezoning to management of stabilized assets.
