The City of Costa Mesa has record of campaign contirbutions and expenditures for the years 2011-2013.

These records are more accurate than what is provided by the California Secretary of State because they contain ALL filings whereas the SOS database provides only electronic filings.

The California Secretary of State provides ONLY electronically provided filings i.e., it might show $25,000.00 in campaign donations but when you look at the City of Costa Mesa's campaign disclosures you find the amount was actually $100,000.00.
